Dr. Kevin Greene currently serves as the Region 4 Women’s Health Analyst for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In this capacity, he works with state, local, tribal, and community stakeholders to help women and girls across the lifespan in Region 4. 

Prior to joining OASH, Kevin has served as a Program Evaluation Specialist for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). At the CDC, he supported the Health Department Monitoring and Evaluation Team (HMET) in the Division of HIV Prevention (DHP), Translation and Evaluation Branch (TEB). Prior to his tenure at CDC, Kevin served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response, Office of the Director and Division of Emergency Operations; as well as the National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD and TB Prevention in the Office of Health Equity in the Office of the Director. He has also served as a Domestic Responder for the Ebola (2014) and Zika (2016) Level 1 CDC Emergency Responses as part of the Scientific Response Teams. 

His experience at the county level includes having served as a District Public Health Analyst (Opioid)/Health Educator for the Department of Public Health (DPH), Fulton County Board of Health (FCBOH), Office of Emergency Preparedness (OEP). In addition, he participated in the COVID-19 Response serving as the COVID-19 Deputy Logistics Section Chief and Support Branch Director for Fulton County. 

Kevin earned his PhD and MA in Sociology (Social Psychology) from Emory University. He also holds a Master of Public Health from Morehouse School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Michigan State University.
