RMOMS Bootheel Perinatal Network grant project

Rebecca Burger is the System Care Coordinator for Bootheel Perinatal Network (BPN), a HRSA-funded RMOMS (Rural Maternity and Obstetrics Management Strategies) grant. She has been a nurse for nearly 17 years working in a Level 3 Neonatal Care Unit for 11 years and then as a Nurse Home Visitor for a National Model for 5 years and as a System Care Coordinator for the last year. She recently became a Certified Lactation Counselor. Her passion continues to be working with mothers and babies to help them fill their toolbox with the tools they need to succeed in life. She strives to give every mother a voice and encourage them the use it for not only their benefit but the benefit of others. Rebecca loves living in rural Missouri. She, her husband and her 2 children love camping, fishing, hunting and farming together.
