 Poster presenters:

Poster boards are 91” wide by 44.5 high of usable space. The face of the board is covered with Velcro-receptive fabric. Posters can be set up in the Sandler Courtyard between 7:00 and 7:50 am on Friday, March 17, 2023. The poster session will take place between 3:30 and 5:00 pm on Friday, March 17, 2023.

 Visiting UCSF:

 

All visitors must complete the UCSF screening form each day before entering the building. Please visit UCSF Screening Form and complete the form each day prior to entry. Please also note that masking is required indoors at the Sandler Neuroscience Center. Masks will be available at registration.

 Registration/Check in:

Please visit the meeting registration desk to check in and pick up your meeting name badge. Please wear your name badge each day you attend the meeting.

Parking at UCSF:

There are 2 public parking garages near UCSF Sandler Neuroscience Center. Parking is $32 per day/$5 per hour. UCSF Third Street Garage is the recommend lot.

 Weather in San Francisco:

The average daytime temperature is 60° Fahrenheit, with a low of 45° Fahrenheit in the evening. Some of our food functions will be held outdoors (weather permitting) due to the masking requirements.

WiFi Access:The UCSF Sandler Neuroscience Center has free public wifi. Please connect to the “UCSF Guest” network. At the first connection you will need to agree to the terms of their usage.
