She has made significant contributions to healthcare, particularly in the areas of digital therapeutics and the commercial translation of health-related innovations from academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Oui Therapeutics, Inc., Dr. Simon drives the clinical aspects of the company&#8217;s efforts to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and evidence-based mental health interventions. The company has been recognized by CVS Health\/Aetna for providing accessible and scalable treatments for individuals with mental health concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Yale University, Dr. Simon is the Director of Innovation to Impact at Yale (i2i), where she plays a critical role in helping scientists from across the country translate research findings into solutions that have real-world impact. Over 100 NIH-funded scientists have completed the i2i entrepreneurship training program, and graduates have received over $40 million in small business innovation research grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Simon is an active researcher and has authored or co-authored over 50 publications featured in outlets such as JAMA, Preventive Medicine, and Addiction.
