All registered trainees are welcome to submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation. If you are interested in presenting orally, please submit the abstract no later than 11:59 pm on August 24, 2023.   If you are interested in presenting a poster, please submit the abstract and poster at the same time no later than 11:59 pm on September 26, 2023.  

Please submit an abstract of your presentation following the guidelines provided below (follow the template format here):

• • • Include a title of no more than 12 words.
    • Include authors’ names and affiliations, email addresses of the first and corresponding authors, and the source of funding.
    • Keep the abstract to 300 words or less, and do not include figures, tables, or references.
    • Keep abbreviations to a minimum, and spell them out on first use.
    • Ensure posters are in landscape format, about 4’ x 3’ max, with a 20MB maximum file size in either PNG or JPG file format, and includes your contact information.

Please submit your abstract and poster by completing the form below.  All abstracts will be assembled into a PDF document that will be available on the symposium website for viewing.
