Event Description
This investigator meeting, hosted by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), on December 11, 2023, will provide a forum for early career researchers to come together to network, learn about ongoing research on ME/CFS, and funding opportunities at NIH and the patient advocacy organizations. The meeting is being held in-person at the NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland and there will also be a virtual option for those who are unable to attend in-person. However, the poster presentations will not be viewable online.
Individuals will be selected to give presentations at the SPARK-ME workshop from submitted abstracts. In addition, the event will feature selected poster presentations from in-person attendees that will be presented at the NIH Conference Advancing ME/CFS Research: Identifying Targets for Intervention and Learning from Long Covid on December 12-13, 2023.
