Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Monday, January 12, 2026

Award recipients are encouraged, but not required, to present their research activities at the HRHR Symposium as an oral presentation or poster (must be an awardee to present). Abstracts are limited to 300 words.

Oral Presentations
Due to the limited number of slots available for oral presentations, speaker preference will be given to those who have not spoken at the Symposium before and have awards nearing completion. In addition, speaker selection will seek programmatic balance across science areas and award types. Speaker selections will be made by January 30, 2026, and speakers will be notified via email. Oral presentations will be 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions and answers.

Poster Presentations
Space is available for up to 80 posters. If the number of poster abstracts exceeds the number of poster boards available, posters will be selected on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Poster selections will be made by January 30, 2026, and presenters notified via email. Posters will be presented on 4-foot x 6-foot boards.
