Dr. Cheryl London is the Associated Dean of Research and Graduate Education an Anne Engen and Dusty Professor of Comparative Oncology at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. She also leads the Clinical Research Shared Resource at Cummings School that oversees studies in client owned animals with spontaneous disease, and she holds a joint appointment with the Tufts Clinical Translational Science Institute (CTSI) where she directs the Research Collaboration Team. Dr. London is a veterinary medical oncologist and immunologist with over 30 years of experience in translational and comparative oncology and drug development. She has numerous ongoing collaborations with the academic partners and industry entities as well as several NCI funded immuno-oncology studies in client owned dogs with cancer that involve leveraging spontaneous cancer in dogs to study novel strategies aimed at altering the tumor microenvironment and utilizing unique small molecule/immunotherapy combinations.
